Nicole Cruz, a Newark, NJ native, is a transformative leader in Commercial Real Estate, dedicated to driving growth in underserved communities. With a background in Finance and Real Estate from Monmouth University, where she served as President of the Real Estate club, Nicole has honed expertise in land acquisition, underwriting, and managing over $100 million in ground-up projects.Her career spans leadership roles in a private family office fund, commercial construction, and brokerage work, showcasing her adaptability and strategic vision.
In recent years, Nicole’s role as a mother has fueled her ambition to leave a lasting legacy. Guided by resilience and faith, she believes hard work and determination can overcome any challenge. Nicole's commitment to excellence and positive impact defines her as a forward-thinking leader in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
Dmitriy Fley
Head of Construction
Dima earned his construction engineering degree abroad in 1985 and began his career as President of a mid-sized construction firm in Tashkent, overseeing numerous commercial building projects. After immigrating to the United States in 1998, he continued his dedication to excellence in construction, serving as Vice President of DIA Construction. In that role, he led the development of over 600 single-family homes, two apartment buildings, and a commercial structure, all with a focus on quality and precision.
With a career spanning both international and U.S. markets, he brings a wealth of experience and strategic leadership to every project. His journey in the industry reflects a commitment to the highest standards of construction, ensuring success in an ever-evolving landscape. Each project he manages benefits from his deep expertise and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Irina Moin
Corporate Counsel Esq.
Irina specializes in corporate and business law, advising businesses on financing transactions, corporate governance, compliance, real estate, and regulatory matters, with a focus on the cannabis industry. Licensed in New York and New Jersey, she brings over a decade of Wall Street experience, having advised multinational and domestic investment banks on complex corporate and regulatory issues. Her background as in-house counsel for top-tier banks equips her with expertise in structuring, financing, and contract negotiations for commercial transactions.
Irina holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the City University of New York – Baruch College and a J.D. from New York Law School, where she was an associate at the Center for Financial Services Law. She is a member of both the New York and New Jersey Bar.

Melissa Lopes is a dedicated student pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate at Montclair State University. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Union County College. Professionally, Melissa has gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, serving as Assistant Operations Manager and later Assistant General Manager, where she developed strong skills in operations and project coordination.
Now working as an Associate in Multifamily Investment Sales for Pre-Real Estate Services, Melissa combines her business expertise with real estate transactions. As a mother of three, her family motivates her to excel both academically and professionally, driving her strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.
Tatyana Nus

Tatyana holds a Bachelor’s in Architectural Science from NYIT and began her career at a top NYC architecture firm, working closely with the principal on every phase of the design process—from concept to detailing.
Drawn to the intimate nature of interiors, she launched her own practice specializing in full-scope residential projects, including gut renovations and new builds. Her architectural foundation allows her to bridge structure with style, function with feeling.
Tatyana’s ethos centers on emotional impact. She creates layered, textural spaces that evoke warmth, elegance, and quiet luxury—believing a well-designed space can elevate how we live and feel.
Nicolette Carrano
Project Coordinator
Nicolette Carrano specializes in coordinating real estate development, leveraging her strong background as a real estate agent and her hands-on experience in construction. Her in-depth knowledge of the housing market allows her to support strategic planning, informed decision-making, and successful project execution. She manages timelines, coordinates with contractors, and ensures smooth communication across all teams. Nicolette is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep projects moving seamlessly from concept to completion.
Greg Fley
Head Of Business Processes
Greg is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in Financial Services and Real Estate, with a strong focus on technology and business process optimization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Technology and a Master of Science in Legal Issues in IT from Stevens Institute of Technology. Greg began his career in database design and administration at RELSCI, a tech startup that secured major clients such as Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
In 2019, Greg's passion for real estate grew through his investment in projects across NYC and Long Island. His expertise in optimizing business workflows has been key to his success, driving long-term results in both the technology and real estate sectors.
